John Douglas Moore
John Moore is an experienced and successful trial attorney who handles complex commercial and real estate matters.  He has represented recyclers and recycling associations to oppose flow control in many cases including serving as amicus counsel in the Rancho Mirage and Woodfeathers cases.

John Moore is "AV" rated (the highest) by Martindale-Hubbell, has taught trial advocacy for 12 years at the Hastings College of Advocacy, is a Judge Pro Tem of the San Francisco and Marin County Consolidated Courts, and has tried many cases to conclusion.  He is a partner in Henn, Etzel, and Moore, Inc., and his office is based out of Oakland, California.
